Job summary

Seven Executive Limited is seeking an Operations Manager for a PE-backed HVAC distribution platform with ~20 locations across the US. This remote role supports the design, standardization and improvement of operations across branches and distribution locations.

The role sets policies, SOPs and performance frameworks that branch and warehouse managers execute against, covering warehouse operations, safety and regulatory compliance, fleet strategy and new branch opening projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred; equivalent experience considered.
• 7+ years of progressive operations leadership in wholesale distribution or logistics.
• Deep knowledge of OSHA, DOT/FMCSA fleet compliance, and safety program design.
• Proficiency with ERP/WMS and Microsoft Office (Excel in particular).

• Develop and standardize operations across branch and distribution locations.
• Lead safety, regulatory compliance programs and fleet strategy.
• Oversee new branch opening projects and budget management.
• Coordinate vendor and cross-functional initiatives.
