Job summary

Seven Executive Limited seeks an Operations Manager to lead HVAC & Plumbing distribution at a key hub location. You will manage warehouse operations, inventory replenishment, branch support, and customer service while ensuring on-time, disruption-free distribution.

Supervising staff, coordinating staffing, and enforcing safety standards under OSHA guidelines form core duties. Experience in wholesale distribution, ERP/WMS systems, and multi-location oversight is required; you will drive process

Qualifications

• Proven warehouse, distribution center, or branch operations management experience.
• Experience overseeing multiple locations, including audits and manager meetings.
• Working knowledge of inventory control, cycle counting, stocking levels, and transfers.
• Experience with ERP and warehouse management systems (WMS).
• Working knowledge of OSHA standards and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Distribution operations management at hub serving as main replenishment center.
• Safety & OSHA compliance throughout the warehouse and branch operations.
• Manage operating rhythm, scheduling, staffing, and branch oversight.
• Oversee order flow and customer service to ensure timely fulfillment.

Operations Manager | HVAC & Plumbing Distribution |

$125k-$150k base + bonus

Seven Executive are retained on a Ops Manager/Branch Manager role to oversee all operations at one location, including the warehouse that serves as the main inventory replenishment hub for other branches, as well as the branch counter and customer service. Because every branch depends on this one location for inventory, this role's 1st priority is keeping hub distribution running accurately, on time, and without disruption.

The organization is a HVAC & Plumbing distributor who do roughly $65m in revenue across NJ & NYC and are part of a larger $500m organization.

Experience, Education & Skills:

• Proven warehouse, distribution center, or branch operations management experience; wholesale distribution experience preferred
• Experience overseeing multiple locations, including leading manager meetings, site walkthroughs, and audits, preferred
• Working knowledge of inventory control and replenishment practices, including cycle counting, stocking levels, and transfers between locations
• Experience with ERP and inventory or warehouse management systems
• Working knowledge of OSHA standards and recordkeeping, incident investigation, DOT regulations, and other industry rules and regulations
