Splash Financial, Inc. is seeking an Operations Data Analyst who loves turning data into real business impact. You’ll drive performance across teams by delivering data-driven insights, building automated reports, and applying AI tools to streamline analytics.

The role requires strong SQL, data modeling, and BI tool proficiency, plus collaboration with cross-functional teams to support growth and operational excellence. Fully remote opportunity with a competitive compensation package.

Formación

• 3+ years of experience as a Data Analyst or Business Analyst.
• Strong SQL skills and experience building and maintaining data models.
• Proficiency with BI tools (Sigma, Tableau, or Power BI).
• Ability to translate data into actionable recommendations.

Responsabilidades

• Analyze servicing and collections performance and application funnels.
• Build and maintain automated reports for lending partners, investors, and vendors.
• Maintain data models in Snowflake and dbt and support dashboards used by Operations leaders.
• Apply consistent metrics definitions and audit models against partner figures.
• Identify performance gaps and test hypotheses with data for leadership decisions.
• Apply AI tools to streamline analytics work.
• Collaborate with data engineering, product, and business teams to deliver solutions.
