Job summary

Ladders is seeking an Operations/Product Director, Workflow & AI to join our remote team. This role will shape systems, tools, and workflows that power day-to-day operations and drive measurable business impact.

You will work with stakeholders to identify bottlenecks, prioritize high-value initiatives, and deliver automation that improves efficiency and execution, with a strong emphasis on AI and data-driven decision making.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; extra credit for hard sciences or Philosophy.
• 5+ years in Biz Ops or Product Management with a focus on tangible outcomes.
• Proven experience launching products or operations under pressure.
• Familiarity with AI/LLMs, data analysis, dashboarding, and SQL.
• Strong storytelling ability with a compelling origin story.

Responsibilities

• Design and build systems and internal tools that drive business operations.
• Leverage AI and automation frameworks to improve technical efficiency.
• Develop a deep understanding of operational workflows before implementing solutions.
• Translate complex operational realities into scalable architectures.
• Prioritize product roadmaps based on business impact and user feedback.
