Bausch & Lomb is seeking an Ocular Specialty Representative for the Miami North, FL area. This remote field-based role supports ophthalmology and optometry markets, driving sales growth and building strong customer partnerships.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in specialty pharma sales, strong CRM skills, and the ability to travel 25–50% within the territory. A science-related bachelor’s degree is required.

Qualifications

• Specialty pharmaceutical sales experience.
• Ability to identify and address customer needs, provide tailored solutions, and drive sales growth.
• Strong interpersonal and collaborative skills with ability to plan, prioritize, and manage customer accounts.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
• Experience using Microsoft Office 365, Salesforce or other CRM.
• Must reside within the territory and be able to travel 25%–50%.

Responsibilities

• Use analytical tools to build territory business plans.
• Drive territory performance through prescribing and market share growth.
• Stay current on managed care coverage and communicate with providers.
• Utilize clinical selling techniques to influence treatment decisions.
• Manage promotional budget and field activities.
• Visit ophthalmologists and optometrists per call plan and assess potential growth.
• Utilize available samples within FDA guidelines.
