Job summary

Prism Vision Group is seeking a Clinical Research Recruiter I to support centralized patient recruitment and pre-screening across its ophthalmology sites. This exempt role can be remote or based out of a Prism Vision Group location.

You will partner with research coordinators, physicians, office staff, and sponsors to identify potential trial participants, conduct eligibility reviews, and refer eligible patients to site teams, driving enrollment goals with proactive outreach and meticulous

Qualifications

• Associate0s degree or equivalent required; healthcare/clinical background preferred.
• Bachelor0s degree preferred; clinical research certification a plus.

Responsibilities

• Conduct centralized patient recruitment and pre-screening across Prism Vision Group sites.
• Review referral opportunities and patient records to identify candidates.
• Perform protocol-specific pre-screening to assess eligibility.
• Contact prospective participants via phone, text, email to discuss opportunities.
• Maintain accurate documentation of recruitment activities in approved systems.
• Track recruitment metrics, screening outcomes, and enrollment goals.
• Collaborate with coordinators, investigators, physicians, and staff to support enrollment strategies.
• Escalate recruitment barriers and operational issues to leadership as needed.
