Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Minimum 4 years in adult learning, curriculum development, or training.
• Healthcare operations experience preferred, with UM/regulated environments favored.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver instructor-led, virtual, and eLearning programs.
• Onboard and develop staff across operational functions.
• Collaborate with leaders and SMEs to identify training needs and solutions.
• Create materials, assessments, and curricula; measure learning outcomes.
