Job summary

Elevance Health is seeking an Operations Expert (US) to provide day-to-day technical direction and training for operations, claims, customer service, or membership associates in a mostly remote role with required in-person sessions. The role emphasizes workflow guidance, policy accuracy, and cross-functional collaboration.

You will act as a first-line resource for technical questions, support multiple channels, and help maintain service levels while fostering a team-oriented environment.

Qualifications

• Requires HS diploma or equivalent and 5+ years of related experience with 3+ years in related areas using automated processing systems.
• Proven leadership, data analysis and training/mentoring capabilities preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

Responsibilities

• Serve as first-line resource for workflow and technical questions; provide operational training and guidance to associates.
• Monitor workflow, quality, and productivity; ensure procedures and policies are accurate and up-to-date.
• Support multi-tasking across calls, texts, and electronic queues while maintaining attention to detail.
• Collaborate with training to ensure procedures are accurate and complete; assist with complex case research and resolution.
