Job summary

Liberty Dental Plan is seeking a Clinical Operations Analyst (Remote) to turn data into meaningful action and drive clinical excellence across a growing organization. You will analyze clinical and operational data, develop routine and ad hoc reports for clinical leadership, coordinate initiatives, and facilitate collaboration between clinicians and leadership to inform strategic decisions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, Risk Management, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in healthcare operations, compliance, analytics, or related environment.
• Knowledge of State Medicaid programs.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.

Responsibilities

• Analyze clinical and operational data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
• Develop and deliver routine and ad hoc reports for clinical leadership.
• Review data for accuracy and ensure reporting integrity.
• Prepare executive-level presentations, project updates, and stakeholder communications.
• Coordinate initiatives, monitor progress, and liaise between clinical teams and leadership.
