Lumen is seeking an Operations Technician II to support PSCC customers. The role emphasizes complex network troubleshooting, fiber, and power maintenance in a 24/7 operation.

The position is remote-friendly within the United States with swing/mid shifts, evenings, nights, weekends, and on-call rotations as needed. Responsibilities include documenting actions in ticket systems, coordinating with NOC teams, and communicating clearly with customers.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent; 3+ years in network operations.
• Strong troubleshooting of network hardware, fiber, and power.
• Knowledge of DWDM transport equipment.

Responsabilités

• Supports Network Operations Center and Repair activities for PSCC customers.
• Resolves complex network problems involving hardware, fiber, colo space and power.
• Uses tools to diagnose network, hardware, and software issues; monitors and maintains networks.
• Provides high quality communication to customers via Ticket System, Phone, Email, and IM/Chat; documents actions.
