Lumen is seeking an Operations Technician II to support PSCC customers and maintain high‑availability network services. You will diagnose complex issues, troubleshoot hardware, fiber, and power, and coordinate with teams to restore services efficiently.

This remote role requires US residency and availability for a 24/7 schedule including evenings and weekends. You will document actions in the ticketing system and communicate clearly with customers.

Competenze

• Associate degree or equivalent education with relevant experience required.
• Strong technical skills in network systems troubleshooting, isolation and maintenance.
• Experience with Optical DWDM transport equipment and related alarm monitoring systems.

Mansioni

• Supports Network Operations Center and Repair activities for PSCC customers.
• Resolves complex network problems involving network hardware, fiber, colo space and power.
• Uses software and hardware tools to identify and diagnose network, hardware, and software problems for PSCC customers; conducts complex network monitoring, troubleshooting, and maintenance activities.
• Provides high quality communication to customers via Ticket System, Phone, Email, and IM/Chat; manages time efficiently and documents actions.
