Qualifications

• 5+ years in insurance or related field, or 7+ years in sales/marketing/relationship mgmt.
• Thorough knowledge of insurance brokerage and client needs.
• Active licensing is required.
• Professional designations are preferred.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Excellent customer service, communication, multitasking, and organizational skills.
• MS Office proficiency (Outlook, Word, Excel).
• High School Diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Monitor productivity, efficiency, quality, and service standards.
• Lead and develop Account Management staff and provide coaching.
• Ensure HR policies and processes are followed.
• Participate in hiring, interviewing, and onboarding.
• Direct staff management and balance workloads for service continuity.
• Oversee policy administration, placement, billing, and documentation.
• Support renewals and new business processes end-to-end.
• Deliver service excellence and proactively identify client needs.
• Maintain accurate data across agency and carrier systems.
• Manage client relationships and support renewals.
