Embedded Shishya is seeking an Operations Strategy Consultant (Associate Director level) for a remote role. The position focuses on leading proposal development, operational strategies, and cross-functional collaboration across clinical operations and commercial teams.

Qualifications

• Experience in clinical operations project management and RFP processes.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders.
• Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving for proposals.
• Working knowledge of sponsor/CRO business practices and FDA/ICH guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Identifies and recommends operational proposal strategic plans for assigned area (TA or Segment) that align with commercial win strategy; determines the level of proposal deliverable and key operations messages, and manages the triage process within clinical operations to meet proposal deliverables.
• Ensures budget reflects operational strategy and oversees achievement of profitability targets.
• Partners with Clinical operations, Commercial organization and GPD to enhance proposal efficiency management in order to decrease COS.
• Drives the development of the operations segment of the proposal deliverable within prescribed timelines, disseminates operational strategy to proposal team and develops KPI's, ensuring a successful operations segment of the deliverable.
• Collaborates with the cross functional team in matrix environment to establish an efficient and aligned process within clinical operations.
• Manages operations escalation process and advises commercial strategy team.
• Assesses cross functional satisfaction and recommends future strategy and actions to ensure the overall success of the process and outcomes.
• Recommends and implements revisions for Clinical Operations post-award to successfully execute proposal.
