Job summary

Hire Feed is seeking an Independent Consultant to lead client engagements end-to-end in a fully remote capacity. The role spans diagnosis, recommendation, and implementation, delivering structured thinking and hands-on delivery to client problems.

Responsibilities include scoping, diagnostic analyses, stakeholder workshops, and building decision tools while advancing client relationships and firm IP. This position offers a competitive USD salary and benefits.

Qualifications

• 5 years in management consulting or equivalent operating experience.
• Track record of delivering high-impact client engagements.
• Strong analytical skills and structured problem-solving.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with executive presence.
• Experience leading workstreams and managing junior team members.
• MBA or advanced degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead client engagements from scoping through delivery
• Conduct diagnostic analyses and develop strategic recommendations
• Build models, frameworks, and decision tools tailored to each client
• Run executive workshops and present recommendations to client leadership
• Manage client relationships and identify follow-on opportunities
• Contribute to firm IP and methodology development
