Job summary

Embedded Shishya is seeking a Cloud Enterprise Architect for a fully remote role in the United States. The candidate will design cloud architectures, lead cloud-adoption initiatives, and coordinate strategy across multiple teams while aligning with security and cost objectives.

The role requires deep experience across AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud, with a proven track record in workload migrations, scalable systems, and DevOps practices.

Qualifications

• 7+ years designing and deploying cloud solutions on AWS/Azure/GCP with workload migrations.
• Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
• Experience architecting highly available, scalable systems with load balancing.
• Strong Linux/Windows development experience.
• Experience with containers and serverless architectures.
• Proficient in Agile/DevOps with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and CI/CD.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop cloud architecture strategies.
• Coordinate cloud adoption and strategy across teams.
• Assess applications, software and hardware for cloud readiness.
• Select cloud providers and vet third-party services.
• Work with IT security to monitor privacy and develop incident-response procedures.
• Manage budgets and estimate cloud costs.
