Job summary

Compassion & Choices is seeking an Operations Specialist, Creative Services, to manage end-to-end production across media types. You will coordinate internal teams and external partners to deliver high-quality creative work on schedule.

The role requires 5+ years in creative operations or production management, excellent communication, and strong vendor management with a background in Adobe Creative Cloud workflows. This is a fully remote, full-time position in the United States.

Qualifications

• Five+ years of experience in creative operations, project management, or production management within marketing, nonprofit, or publishing.
• Experience managing freelance talent and working with print procurement.
• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud workflows and project management tools (Asana).
• Ability to bridge technical print/design requirements with non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end creative production systems across print, digital, video, and other products.
• Lead scheduling, resource allocation, and vendor/freelance management for projects.
• Maintain creative technology infrastructure including project management tools and DAM systems.
• Establish SOPs and production-ready handoff protocols to improve efficiency and throughput.
