Job summary

Compassion & Choices is seeking an Operations Specialist, Creative Services to oversee end-to-end creative production systems across print, digital, video and more. This is a full-time remote role with the opportunity to work across programs and stakeholders to optimize resource allocation and maintain brand consistency.

You will lead scheduling, task management, vendor and freelance coordination, and supervise creative workflows from content receipt to final distribution.

Qualifications

• Five or more years of experience in creative operations, project management, or production management.
• Experience managing freelance creative talent and contract negotiations.
• Knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud workflows and project management tools like Asana.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end creative production systems across print, digital, video and other materials.
• Bridge between creative teams and program stakeholders to optimize resources and maintain brand consistency.
