Job summary

Samsara is seeking a People Operations Associate to support the HR lifecycle and optimize operations for a growing global team. You will partner with HR colleagues to execute people actions, manage inquiries via Workday and Zendesk, and contribute to knowledge management initiatives using AI tools.

The role emphasizes data accuracy, cross-functional collaboration, and delivering a positive employee experience in a remote US context.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in an HR/People team at a fast-growing global company.
• 2+ years supporting HR/Workforce Compliance actions.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.

Responsibilities

• Support employees across all employment lifecycles via Workday and Zendesk.
• Assist in knowledge management and create missing employee-facing content using AI tools.
• Participate in UATs for projects and enhancements.
• Support mass and complex data changes via Workday EIBs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Employee Relations, Payroll, Recruiting, Finance, Legal).
