Element is hiring a Marketing & Events Executive on a fixed term contract to cover Maternity Leave until September 2027. This role coordinates and delivers events that support our marketing and sales pipeline, including flagship events, trade shows, roadshows, dinners and webinars.

This is an early-career, execution-focused role where organisational rigour is paramount; you will manage venues, vendors, budgets, deadlines and admin across multiple events, with occasional travel mainly in Europe.

Qualifications

• Exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail are essential.
• Prior experience in events, marketing coordination, hospitality or administration is welcome.
• Ability to manage multiple deadlines, suppliers and stakeholders effectively.

Responsabilités

• Plan and deliver Element's presence at trade shows, conferences and partner events, handling logistics and lead capture.
• Organise webinars, roadshows and marketing events from booking to follow-up.
• Negotiate with venues and vendors to stay within budget.
• Coordinate with Marketing and Sales for appropriate collateral and messaging.
• Provide on-site support at events, including occasional travel.
• Track budgets and deadlines across concurrent events and report post-event outcomes.
