Job summary

Feeld is seeking a Financial Controller (Maternity Cover) for a 12-month fixed-term contract to lead day-to-day financial control, close and reporting. The role supports UK and US entities, with a fully remote team and a focus on accuracy, controls, and strategic financial guidance.

You will own month-end close, manage the general ledger, coordinate statutory and tax activities, and drive reporting and process improvements in a fast-growing, distributed company.

Qualifications

• Own the month-end close, reconciliation and reporting with independence.
• Build and audit a robust general ledger across UK and US entities.
• Coordinate statutory accounts, audit, tax and regulatory activities.

Responsibilities

• Close month-end with accurate balances and timely reporting.
• Maintain audit-ready general ledger and balance sheet.
• Coordinate with internal/external stakeholders for statutory/regulatory work.
• Process UK payroll via HRIS-integrated system.
• Produce management cost reporting and analysis.
