Job summary

Maximus is seeking a Remote Senior Operations Project Analyst to lead, train and mentor peers, and perform cost-benefit analyses to improve processes. You will manage internal engagements, maintain process documentation, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement solutions.

The role emphasizes strong writing and communication skills, incident management, and the ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment while supporting leadership on project priorities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in relevant field and 5+ years of relevant professional experience required.
• Advanced degree or professional designation preferred.
• 5+ years of technical writing experience preferred.
• Experience with Government contracts is a plus.
• Attention to detail and accuracy is preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Software and Adobe Professional is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead, train and mentor peers in a similar role.
• Incident management, data capture and communication.
• Project manage internal engagements and related activities.
• Maintain knowledge and documentation of operational and system processes.
• Perform cost/benefit analyses on potential changes to existing processes.
• Prepare for internal and external meetings and collaborate with teams to implement solutions.
• Create, review and present program documents, business and software specifications.
• Document complex program and system needs for technical and non-technical audiences.
• Assist in data analysis and report package specification for audiences.
• Support leadership and product owner on project priorities.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
• Edit and ensure consistency with customer requirements and standards.
