Maximus is seeking a Remote Senior Operations Project Analyst to lead, mentor, and optimize operations. You will manage internal engagements, analyze costs, and ensure documentation is thorough for technical and non-technical audiences. You’ll collaborate across teams to drive improvements and support leadership on priorities.

The role emphasizes strong writing, program documentation, and ability to work in a remote-first environment with a focus on quality and stakeholder communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field and 5+ years of experience.
• Strong writing and editing capabilities; detail oriented.
• Experience with technical documentation and program plans.
• 508 compliance knowledge preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead, train, and mentor peers in similar roles.
• Incidents management, data capture, and communication.
• Project manage internal engagements and related activities.
• Maintain knowledge and documentation of processes.
• Perform cost/benefit analyses on process changes.
• Prepare for internal and external meetings.
• Collaborate with teams to define problems and implement solutions.
• Create, review, and present program documents and specifications.
• Document complex program and system needs for audiences.
• Assist in data analysis and reporting for audiences.
• Work with other departments to optimize activities.
• Support leadership and stakeholders on priorities.
• Edit and proofread material for clarity and standards.
• Provide PM support to the CCO Program and mentor leads.
• Develop high-quality program documents with SMEs.
