Maximus is seeking a Solutions Analyst to partner with stakeholders, drive operational improvements, support solution design, and develop innovative strategies that enhance program performance. This fully remote role collaborates with operations, pricing, and technology teams to translate client needs into practical solution components and presentation materials.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field with 3+ years of experience.
• Experience in government health and human services or public-sector environments preferred.
• Ability to translate client needs into actionable solution components and presentations.

Responsibilities

• Produce analyses, models, forecasts, and documentation for solution development.
• Maintain volumetric models, workload forecasts, staffing calculations, and operational demand projections.
• Quantify solution impacts, ROI, value realization, and operational implications.
• Evaluate alternative solution approaches through structured analysis and scenario modeling.
• Document assumptions, data sources, calculations, and risks for solution models.
• Validate feasibility by analyzing volumes, staffing, workflows, and service levels.
• Use AI, automation, standardized tools, and reusable methods to scale analytical support.
• Build accelerators, dashboards, models, and reusable assets to improve speed and quality.
• Standardize data sources, formulas, model structures, and documentation practices.
• Complete intake forms and partner documentation to support solution development.
• Engage with operations, pricing, technology, and SME inputs to translate needs into components.
