Job summary

Maximus is seeking a Remote Senior Operations Project Analyst to lead, train, and mentor peers while performing cost/benefit analyses on changes to processes and optimizing operational activities. You will manage internal engagements, maintain comprehensive documentation, and collaborate across teams to implement solutions.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years of relevant experience, a Bachelor’s degree, and strong writing and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and 5+ years of experience required.
• Advanced degree or professional designation preferred.
• Strong writing, editing, and 508 compliance awareness preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead, train and mentor peers in a similar role.
• Perform cost/benefit analyses on potential changes to processes.
• Project manage internal engagements and related activities.
• Maintain knowledge and documentation of operational and system processes.
• Collaborate with internal and external teams to define problems and solutions.
• Create, review, and present program documents, specs, and test cases.
• Document complex needs for technical and non-technical audiences.
