Job summary

United States Digital Space LLC is seeking a senior PMO leader to own and execute global regulatory programs. You will work across Legal, Compliance, Engineering, Product, Data Science and GTM to coordinate large-scale initiatives and ensure compliant, high-velocity delivery.

The role demands a strategic operator who can influence senior leadership, design long-term program visions, and manage detailed execution templates, tracking, and documentation.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in Program Management, Strategy & Operations, or Go-to-Market in a fast-paced environment.
• Exceptional communication & storytelling: distill complex topics into clear narratives for senior audiences.
• Systems and infrastructure builder: design and scale cross-functional operating models.

Responsibilities

• Own and execute high-stakes global programs end-to-end, from strategy to delivery.
• Drive improvements in operational processes and build scalable workflows.
• Bridge compliance and commercial strategy with GTM and account leadership.
• Lead cross-functional operating models with Product, Engineering, Legal, Risk, and Compliance.
• Prepare strategic reviews for senior stakeholders and manage critical escalations.
• Translate user friction into program evolution with data-driven insights.
• Diagnose and resolve systemic gaps to improve the user experience.
