Job summary
the company is seeking a seasoned Operations Program Manager to lead a global team across North America and Asia, driving end-to-end hardware program launches from concept to mass production. You will collaborate with Engineering, Product, Supply Chain and Manufacturing to deliver on-time, on-cost results.
The ideal candidate has 7+ years in hardware ops, strong leadership, and expert PM skills with Confluence/JIRA.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related technical field is required.
- 7+ years in Operations Program Management, NPI, or related hardware manufacturing roles.
- Minimum 3 years leading a team of at least 4 people.
- Proven track record launching hardware products from concept to high-volume production.
Responsibilities
- Lead a global Operations Program Management team across North America and Asia.
- Own end-to-end ops execution from concept to mass production.
- Coordinate with Engineering, Product, Supply Chain and Manufacturing.
- Develop program plans, manage schedules and budgets, mitigate risks.
- Define manufacturing strategies and ensure factory readiness and capacity.
- Drive cost reduction and uphold quality throughout the lifecycle.
- Model and promote our cultural principles at scale.
