Job summary

alpinephysicians is seeking an Operations & Procurement Specialist to support procurement, vendor management, operational, facilities, and real estate initiatives across the organization. This role acts as a key partner to leadership and cross-functional teams to ensure efficient operations and cost-effective purchasing.

The role oversees procurement activities, vendor relationships, and project coordination, including real estate coordination.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred.
• Minimum of four years in operations, procurement or related fields.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional projects and managing stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate procurement initiatives across the organization, including sourcing, purchasing, vendor selection, and contract administration.
• Manage purchasing for medical, office, facility, and operational supplies across locations.
• Analyze purchasing trends to identify opportunities for cost savings and efficiencies.
• Assist with vendor evaluations, pricing reviews, negotiations, renewals, and service agreements.
• Identify opportunities to consolidate vendors and optimize purchasing strategies.
• Maintain procurement records, contracts, and vendor-related files.
• Ensure procurement activities align with budgets and operational needs.
• Coordinate vendor onboarding, implementation, compliance, and issue resolution.
• Monitor vendor performance and service delivery against contracts.
• Collaborate with internal departments to evaluate vendor effectiveness.
