Job summary

itD is seeking an Operations Manager to provide business operations coverage for the data center site selection team during a planned leave, coordinating approvals, dashboards, and leadership communications.

The role focuses on implementing a new portfolio management platform, maintaining governance, and delivering on-time executive cycles with accurate reporting. Remote work offered, pay $37.00–$43.83 per hour, 10-month contract, W2 only.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in business operations, program coordination, or process management.
• Demonstrated experience running a recurring, deadline-driven process with executive stakeholders.
• Experience gathering requirements and partnering with engineering or product teams on internal tool implementation and UAT.
• Strong written communication for senior leadership.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills with high attention to detail across many parallel workstreams.
• Proficiency with Google Workspace and project tracking tools.

Responsibilities

• Run the weekly internal approvals cadence end to end, including intake, materials preparation, pre-read routing, tracking, and follow-through.
• Quality-check approval decks and intake submissions against templates and coordinate cross-functional sign-offs.
• Maintain the approvals tracker and support live deal reviews.
• Lead implementation and testing of a new portfolio management platform, including workflow requirements and data validation.
• Draft updates for director/VP audiences and maintain distribution lists.
