Medcor is hiring a Clinic Manager to lead the daily operations of its employer-based occupational health clinic in Henderson, TX. This full-time role combines hands-on patient care with clinic leadership and workplace safety responsibilities.

You’ll oversee clinical care, injury management, and return-to-work programs, collaborating with client leadership to maintain a safe, healthy workplace. Excellent operational leadership and EMR proficiency are essential.

Qualifications

• Current EMT, Paramedic, or LPN/LVN licensure or certification.
• CPR/BLS certification current.
• Ability to provide operational leadership and support clinic staff.
• Strong clinical assessment, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Comfortable using EMR and healthcare technology.
• Ability to lift and carry a 50-pound bag.
• Willingness to lead while delivering patient care.

Responsabilités

• Lead daily operations of the onsite occupational health clinic.
• Provide clinical care and manage workplace injuries.
• Coordinate return-to-work programs and OSHA compliance.
• Collaborate with client leadership and EHS teams.
• Maintain accurate patient records in EMR.
• Support workplace wellness and employee health initiatives.
