Medcor Inc. seeks a licensed clinician to join our on-site occupational health team in Henderson, Texas. You will provide first aid, triage, and care for workplace injuries, using Medcor protocols, and participate in pre-employment screenings.

This role requires leadership to support clinic staff, manage workflows, and ensure EMR accuracy, OSHA compliance, and high-quality patient care. You will collaborate with EHS, HR, and benefits teams.

Qualificações

• Current, valid EMT, Paramedic, or LPN/LVN licensure or certification applicable to the position.
• Current CPR/BLS certification.
• Ability to provide operational leadership and support clinic staff.
• Strong clinical assessment, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Comfortable using computers, electronic medical records, and other healthcare technology.
• Ability to work independently while following established clinical protocols.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple responsibilities.
• Ability to lift and carry a 50-pound emergency response bag.
• A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and genuine passion for helping others.

Responsabilidades

• Provide first aid, triage, assessment, and treatment for workplace injuries.
• Deliver patient care using Medcor's evidence-based clinical protocols.
• Respond to workplace medical emergencies and provide appropriate care.
• Coordinate workers' compensation cases and support return-to-work programs.
• Work with outside medical providers to monitor treatment plans and support employee recovery.
• Perform pre-employment and post-offer screenings, including Physical Assessment Testing (PATs).
• Oversee daily operations of the onsite occupational health clinic.
• Manage clinic workflows, scheduling, supplies, and administrative responsibilities.
• Provide operational leadership and support to clinic staff.
• Maintain accurate patient records using electronic medical record (EMR) systems.
• Support OSHA recordkeeping and workplace health compliance requirements.
• Identify opportunities to improve clinic efficiency, patient care, and overall service delivery.
