InsideOut is hiring an Operations Manager to drive central data, SOPs, and scalable processes for a growing multi-location tree service. You will build a unified KPI dashboard from CRM and manual data sources, providing leadership with clear visibility into location and crew performance.

The role emphasizes English communication for daily calls with US-based clients and staff, autonomy in managing tasks, and potential executive support duties as bandwidth allows.

Qualifications

• Experience in an operations, business management, or similarly strategic support role.
• Data and dashboards: consolidate data from CRM and manual sources into a single view.
• Documentation: write clear SOPs for training new team members.
• Experience with AI tools (e.g., Claude) for dashboard building and automation.
• Excellent written and spoken English for daily calls with US-based clients and staff.
• Strong self-direction and ownership of tasks and problems.
• Resilience in fast-moving field environments with demanding clients.
• Adaptability across multiple locations and shifting processes.

Responsibilities

• KPI Dashboard Development: Build and maintain a unified dashboard from CRM and manual sources for real-time leadership visibility.
• Operations Management: Oversee day-to-day tasks and coordinate with staff to keep projects on track.
• Systems Setup: Establish and configure new operational systems as locations expand.
• SOP Documentation: Create clear, trainable SOPs for faster onboarding and scaling of crews.
• Problem Solving: Identify and resolve issues across locations independently.
• Stakeholder Communication: Write emails, call, and communicate with employees and clients on operational matters.
• Executive Support (as needed): Assist owner with inbox and calendar when bandwidth allows.
