Job summary

Inside Out Hiring is seeking an Operations Manager to oversee multi-location field services operations, centralize performance data, and formalize field processes. You will build a unified KPI dashboard from the CRM and manual sources, providing leadership with clear visibility into location and crew performance.

You may also document on-site SOPs to enable faster crew scaling as we expand. The role includes coordinating with staff and clients and providing executive support when feasible.

Qualifications

• Experience in operations or strategic admin roles.
• Ability to build KPI dashboards from CRM and manual data.
• Strong written and spoken English for US-based clients.
• Flexibility in working hours as needed.
• Experience using AI tools to support automation.

Responsibilities

• KPI Dashboard Development: Build and maintain a unified dashboard pulling data from the CRM and manual tracking sources.
• SOP Documentation: Develop clear, trainable documentation of on-site field processes.
• Operations Management: Oversee day-to-day tasks across the business.
• Problem Solving: Identify issues across locations and crews and resolve them.
• Stakeholder Communication: Write emails, make calls, and communicate with employees and clients.
• Systems Setup: Establish and configure new operational systems and processes.
• Executive Support (as capacity allows): Assist with inbox and calendar for the owner.
