Job summary

BCD Meetings & Events (BCD M&E) is seeking an Operations Manager to lead a high-performing team responsible for complex meetings programs from strategy through execution.

You'll coach teams, optimize processes, maintain SOPs, and ensure service excellence while managing client relationships, escalations, and cross-functional collaboration with vendors and internal leaders. Travel up to 25% annually is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
• 5+ years leading a professional team and 7+ years in meetings management and/or client management
• Strategic Meetings Management Program experience and confidence leading within a virtual team environment

Responsibilities

• Lead a high-performing team and keep a complex program running smoothly.
• Coach, improve processes, ensure service excellence and alignment.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with clients, vendors and internal leaders to deliver smooth events and cost-conscious results.
