WeAssist is seeking a Full-Time Operations Manager to join remotely and act as the CEO’s right-hand operator across Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Product. You will own day-to-day execution, optimize SOPs, and manage high-volume communications while supporting executive travel and logistics.

Responsabilités

• Act as the CEO's right-hand operator, owning day-to-day execution across Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Product
• Own and optimize company-wide SOPs, processes, and systems
• Oversee setter and closer activity, monitoring responsiveness, speed-to-lead, and follow-up protocols
• Manage 500 to 1,000+ daily messages across internal channels and client groups
• Protect the CEO's time by taking routine troubleshooting and coordination off her plate
• Coordinate around 6 major events per year, including 3-day virtual bootcamps and in-person masterminds
• Build onboarding workflows, tracking systems, and accountability protocols
• Grow into a COO-level role as the business scales
