BTC Connect is seeking a Remote Operations Coordinator to serve as the operational backbone for a fully remote US team. You will coordinate daily activities, manage schedules, and enable seamless collaboration across departments.

The ideal candidate has strong organizational and communication skills, proficiency with Google Workspace and PM tools, and can work independently in a fast-paced fintech environment.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in operations, coordination, or a senior administrative role.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily operational activities and projects to ensure timely completion.
• Serve as a central point of contact for internal communication across departments.
• Manage schedules, arrange virtual meetings, and prepare documentation or presentations.
• Assist in developing and implementing new operational processes to improve efficiency.
• Maintain and organize company records, documents, and internal databases.
• Support onboarding of new remote employees.
• Prepare and distribute operational reports to management.
