Job summary

Talkspace seeks an experienced Network Strategic Operations Coordinator to drive planning, implementation, and launch of Network Operations initiatives. You will coordinate across providers, facilities, and internal teams to ensure projects stay on track from concept to post-launch follow-up.

Ideal candidates bring strong project management, organizational, and problem-solving skills, plus experience coordinating with diverse stakeholders in a fast-paced, remote-first environment.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree preferred.
• 2+ years of operations, project coordination, project management, or healthcare operations experience.
• Experience managing projects with multiple stakeholders and competing priorities.
• Experience with technical platforms, workflows, and application funnels.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and/or Google Sheets with advanced functions.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate planning, implementation, and execution of Network Operations initiatives.
• Act as project manager: plans, timelines, milestones, action items, launch requirements.
• Support initiatives from planning to post-launch follow-up.
• Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders to keep projects on track and aligned with objectives.
• Monitor progress, identify risks, escalate issues, and propose solutions.
• Maintain project docs, trackers, reports, and materials for execution.
