Job summary

Vintti seeks an experienced Operations Manager to oversee daily operations of our mobile home park communities. This remote role emphasizes resident relations, staff coordination, and process improvements to drive occupancy and NOI.

You will work with the owner to implement SOPs, monitor performance, and manage turnover projects, leveraging Rent Manager and other PM tools to optimize operations from anywhere in the U.S.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in property management or similar settings.
• Strong problem solving and autonomous work capability.
• Experience with leasing and occupancy improvement strategies.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of mobile home park communities remotely.
• Coordinate with park managers and on-site staff for smooth operations.
• Handle resident relations and address concerns to ensure satisfaction.
• Implement project management strategies for community improvements and efficiencies.
• Facilitate sales/turnover of homes within communities.
• Develop and implement SOPs with the owner.
• Monitor financial performance to improve NOI.
• Report to owner with performance updates.
