Job summary

Crystal View Capital/Osprey Management is seeking a Community & Maintenance Manager to lead a mobile home community, overseeing property management, maintenance, and financial performance to ensure resident satisfaction and compliance.

You will supervise maintenance staff, manage the budget, handle rent collection, leases, sales, and vendor coordination while driving safety standards and regulatory compliance across the site.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; prior property/community management and maintenance supervision experience preferred.
• Proficiency with Rent Manager or similar property management software.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Directly supervise maintenance staff and plan daily/weekly work schedules.
• Manage rent collection, deposits, reconciliations, and delinquency procedures.
• Oversee maintenance budget, vendor coordination, and safety/compliance.
• Lead make-ready and turnover processes for vacant homes and coordinate marketing/sales of mobile homes.
