The American Heart Association is offering a remote internship within the NCR Operations team, designed for students pursuing business- or health-related degrees. The role focuses on contract administration, data entry, and administrative support, with a strong emphasis on accuracy and communication.

Ideal candidates are seniors or graduate students, proficient in Excel/Word and CRM tools, and able to work 20–25 hours per week between 9am–5pm, Monday through Friday, from January 25, 2027 to May

Qualifications

• Pursuing a degree in business, nonprofit management, or health administration.
• Strong data entry accuracy and attention to detail.
• Experience with Excel/Word; CRM familiarity is a plus.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist end-to-end contracting process and track approvals.
• Support contract repository maintenance and data updates.
• Perform basic invoice processing and budget tracking.
• Enter data in Smartsheet/Salesforce/Excel and maintain records.
• Provide general administrative support and scheduling.
