Job summary

Qualifications

• Senior or graduate students in Business, Nonprofit Management, Accounting, Supply Chain, Event Management, Legal or related fields preferred.
• Experience in Business Management, Data Management and Analytics, nonprofit operations, fundraising events or project coordination.
• Experience with contract management, invoice processing or accounts payable preferred.
• Experience with Salesforce or other customer databases.
• Ability to multi-task and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong written communication and professional interaction with diverse stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Event Contracts & Legal Documentation: process local event contracts and track documents.
• Data & Reporting: manage guest lists, tables, bidder info and pull reports; conduct weekly data checks.
• Finance Processing: enter invoices and prepare related agreements in Salesforce.
• Communications & Documentation: design event graphics, update SOPs and SharePoint resources.
• Administrative & Operational Support: prepare materials, agendas, and meeting resources.
