Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required plus 2–4 years of related experience.
• Experience in contact center data collection, analysis, and monitoring preferred.
• Equivalent experience via applicable knowledge and duties is acceptable.

Responsibilities

• Gathers, analyzes, and interprets contact center data to identify risk areas and prepare management reports.
• Supports development of strategic solutions through data analysis of contact center processes.
• Identifies improvement opportunities and prepares financial and quality impact reports.
• Performs preliminary analysis of operational data insights for opportunities.
• Assists in analyzing process inefficiencies and developing improvement opportunities.
• Notifies users of known defects and provides short-term resolutions.
• Develops dashboards to monitor performance against enterprise objectives.
• Documents best practices and standards.
• Contributes to training materials for service quality and productivity.
• Performs other duties and complies with policies.
