Responsibilities

• Develop and manage data-driven methodologies to track, identify and solve issues and present program results.
• Perform data analysis from multiple data sources to measure ROI of current and new product activity.
• Collaborate with staff to identify customers and expectations, initiates changes to improve quality and reduce costs.
• Support operations staff in planning, achieving, and tracking strategic initiatives to positively impact metrics.
• Explore new work processes using quality improvement techniques to eliminate waste and rework.
• Travel up to 25%.
