Qualifications

• Associate’s degree or high school diploma/equivalent with 1+ years of data entry, analysis or customer service experience.
• Healthcare operations experience (claims processing, provider relations, contracting) preferred.
• Proficiency in data analysis using Excel or similar tools is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Enroll providers and practitioners into the provider data management system.
• Update provider and practitioner with claims, payment and directory information.
• Research and update provider data per requests; perform quality checks.
• Resolve system issues through research and data validation.
