Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Statistics, Marketing, or related field; Four to six years of data extraction, reporting and analysis; Microsoft Access experience preferred.
• Minimum of three years data collection and analysis experience in a consumer oriented industry.

Responsibilities

• Designs workflows and defines business requirements; supports testing and stakeholder validation.
• Delivers analytics across a range of business lines and analyzes outcomes for performance improvements.
• Communicates analysis results and trends to stakeholders with recommendations for change or improvement.
• Manages analytics applications and resources related to consumer activity; conducts A/B tests and provides UAT support for Member Experience initiatives.
