Job summary

Comfort Medical, LLC is seeking a Business Operations Project Manager to bridge frontline operations with enterprise initiatives. You will lead cross-functional teams, gather requirements, and drive process improvements from idea to implementation, ensuring measurable impact while aligning with HIPAA and regulatory standards.

You will collaborate with Order-to-Cash, IT, and senior leadership to optimize workflows, adopt technology, and deliver sustained value across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 10+ years’ equivalent professional experience.
• 3+ years leading operational improvement in a complex, high-volume environment.
• Natural communicator and relationship builder across frontline teams and leadership.
• Proven track record delivering operational improvements with measurable impact.
• Strong project management with cross-functional teams.
• Proven ability to drive user adoption and change management.
• Expertise in process mapping and modeling (Lean, Six Sigma, BPM).
• Experience gathering, documenting, validating business requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead large-scale operational improvement efforts focused on business process optimization.
• Manage multiple improvements through full lifecycle from planning to close.
• Develop comprehensive project plans with scope, timelines, and risks.
• Create and maintain project documentation and artifacts.
• Lead cross-functional teams including stakeholders, IT, and vendors.
• Serve as liaison between operations and IT to deliver solutions.
• Track and report project progress to leadership.
• Coordinate and lead user acceptance testing (UAT).
• Document current and future state workflows via standard mapping methods.
• Analyze processes to identify bottlenecks and opportunities.
• Design optimized workflows leveraging technology to improve revenue outcomes.
