Job summary

CCS Medical seeks an experienced Operations Leader to drive a portfolio of transformation initiatives from intake to implementation. You will align stakeholders, plan adoption, and ensure measurable outcomes are transitioned to owners for stabilization.

The role reports to the VP, Operations and emphasizes cross-department coordination, risk management, and executive communications to support strategic objectives and service delivery improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a related field.
• 5+ years leading complex business/operational initiatives across multiple stakeholders.
• Experience with technology-enabled transformation projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead portfolio of operational transformation initiatives from intake to implementation.
• Communicate program outcomes, risks, and progress to stakeholders.
• Drive execution and adoption across departments with readiness plans.
