Based in LATAM or South Africa, you will serve as the central admin hub, handling scheduling, communications, dispatching, and sales follow-up.

You will leverage AI tools like ChatGPT, Claude, and Gemini to streamline workflows, create dashboards, and improve customer interactions, while developing marketing content and coordinating

Qualifications

• 2+ years as an Executive Assistant, Operations Assistant, or related role.
• Excellent English with polished client-facing communication.
• Sales aptitude: reviewing quotes, engaging homeowners, closing.
• Active daily use of AI tools and productivity software to improve workflows.
• Proactive, independent ownership and prioritization of tasks.

Responsibilities

• Executive & Administrative Support: manage scheduling, SOPs, light bookkeeping, and use AI to build dashboards.
• Dispatch & Field Coordination: schedule calls, provide job details, monitor progress, update clients on ETA.
• Client Relations & Sales Coordination: handle inquiries, follow up on proposals, address objections, request reviews/referrals.
• Marketing & Content Management: maintain social profiles and execute targeted email campaigns.
