Job summary

FLEXTRADES is seeking a Remote Operations Engagement Manager to support up to 75 technicians and 30 active clients from a remote location. You will coordinate proactive communications, track milestones, and ensure quality execution of operational tasks while building strong relationships with Technicians, Clients, and Internal Partners.

Ideal candidates have staffing experience, 2+ years in a corporate environment, 1+ years of customer service, and superb written and verbal communication.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of corporate environment experience.
• 1+ years of customer service experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Highly organized with strong time management.
• Comfortable working remotely and on-camera in Teams.
• Growth mindset and problem-solving skills.
• Strong IT skills including Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Support up to 75 technicians and 30 clients.
• Proactively communicate with technicians and clients to ensure successful assignments.
• Meet minimum communication requirements with regular check-ins.
• Contribute to project success and growth by improving success rates and client satisfaction.
• Manage new technician arrivals and onboarding.
• Facilitate kickoff calls with clients and maintain weekly attendance records.
• Document activity in ATS and adhere to company procedures.
• Collaborate across teams to solve problems and handle escalations.
