Responsibilities

• Support payroll coordination and operational administration.
• Manage day-to-day operational and personnel queries.
• Liaise professionally with client contacts and internal stakeholders.
• Assist with performance tracking, reviews, and personnel coordination.
• Help solve operational problems—often in new or unfamiliar scenarios.
• Keep multiple workstreams moving by prioritizing tasks in a dynamic environment.
