Job summary

Levelociti, a fully remote recruiting firm, seeks a highly organized Business Operations Coordinator at entry to junior level. You'll work with our Operations lead and founders from anywhere in the U.S.

on onboarding, systems, finance administration and vendor coordination. This role offers broad exposure, real ownership over processes as you learn, and a path to grow into more responsibilities within our remote, collaborative team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Operations, Management, Economics, Information Systems or related field preferred.
• Comfort with numbers, spreadsheets and financial information.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Willing to learn and grow into larger responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate employee onboarding and offboarding.
• Manage internal systems, user accounts and business technology.
• Handle equipment ordering, tracking, returns and inventory.
• Coordinate with payroll, benefits, IT and vendors.
• Assist with client agreements, documentation and admin processes.
• Help troubleshoot day-to-day operational and technology issues.
• Maintain and improve internal processes and SOPs.
• Assist with client invoicing, accounts receivable and payments.
• Support payroll and employee commission prep and reconciliation.
• Work with spreadsheets to track and reconcile business activity.
• Cross-train across operational functions.
• Take ownership of recurring responsibilities as you learn.
• Assist with new projects as Levelociti grows.
